Allow MomoSense to read MoMo SMS
To make MomoSense work, the companion Android app needs your permission to read incoming SMS messages on your phone.

Only MoMo alerts are forwarded
The app checks incoming SMS and forwards only Mobile Money alerts from known Ghana network senders such as MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money.

Non-MoMo messages are ignored
Personal texts, OTPs, chats, and other non-MoMo SMS are never stored, transmitted, or processed by MomoSense.

SMS text is sent for AI parsing
The forwarded MoMo message text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI so MomoSense can extract amount, transaction type, reference, date, and counterpart number.

Raw SMS is deleted after 7 days
Raw MoMo message bodies are kept for a short troubleshooting window and then deleted after 7 days.

You can revoke this anytime
You can stop sharing SMS data by uninstalling the Android app or revoking your device API key from the MomoSense dashboard.
